We charge based on a daily rate. The minimum charge is one day, though there are occasions when we can come to an agreement over a "panic" phone call, needed to solve an immediate or desperate problem - it happens!
For projects that run 1 day to 10 days the rate is $1,680/day.
For projects that run 11 to 20 days the rate is $1,496/day.
For projects and retainers 21 days and over the rate is $1,250/day.
Whenever travel is required, outside of Wood and Lucas County, Ohio, the expenses for travel are charged at cost, other than when driving, where the mileage rate is presently $0.445/mile.
The lab' is a co-operative venture and a nominal $70/hour fee is charged for time and use of the lab' and technician.
